Robust Provider Benchmarking
To help ensure your plan remains competitive in services and costs, we review your provider selection and request proposals every three to five years. We provide you with a thorough analysis of each provider's recordkeeping, administration, technology services, plan compliance, employee communications, and investment management services so that you can make an informed decision on your choice of a provider.
Ongoing Investment Due Diligence
We work with you to develop, adopt, and reevaluate an investment policy statement so that you can prudently evaluate, select, monitor, and adjust your plan investment options. We thoroughly vet your investment options using a number of tools, including quarterly investment performance monitoring reports, a GBB scorecard ranking of available investments in each asset class, as well as quantitative and qualitative evaluations. We integrate your investment policy statement with our quarterly performance monitoring reports to evaluate results based on your specific goals.
Employee Education
To help your employees understand the plan benefits and how to navigate their investment options, we provide ongoing education and information. We help you draft employee communications materials to keep your employees current on the plan as well as conduct on-site enrollment meetings, investment education meetings, and topical seminars.
